Get a screen shot for proof and check at the time they normally charge to make sure they don't keep charging you. There's a long-time "bug" that causes people to think they unsubscribed, causes the system to keep charging them, and then causes customer service to implicitly accuse them of lying if they can't produce the magic email confirmation they didn't know they were required to get.
