Looks like when checking my queue, I noticed almost everything was gone and replaced with other shows. It looks like someone else has had access to my account for some unknown time, checking the history. Do I have any options on getting back my queue or am I SOL? Already changed my password as a precaution. No suspicious charges on the account, just a lot of history of stuff I don't watch and a long queue and history now gone. I see my device history includes a lot of iPads that I don't own. Can I get some support for going after whoever appears to have compromised and been using my account?

Did you check your stored email address too?

Since you were able to change your password, and (hopefully) deactivated all those devices on the /acct/?action=devices page, that's about all you can do... You may still see changes happen though, if the intruder has the CR cookie set on a PC (or more) until the cookie expires; think about the interval of time that you can keep using the site without re-entering your own password... Not much anyone can do to expire someone else's cookie.

You could report it to support: /contact, maybe they can do something like an IP ban or something, but if the intruder didn't change any personal information, there's probably not much to go on.

I hadn't disabled the devices yet, but have a screenshot, so I guess I might as well now. Sounds like I'm SOL on the queue part.

EDIT: And yeah there was nothing else changed. Just the part I wanted among all other things to remain the same.

Confirmed I'm SOL on my queue.
