Anime, sweets, coffee, bike riding, reading, and good company within reason.

Fighting, forgetting, being rushed, being unable to fix something right away, and hot coffee getting cold.

I really like good animation.

Things like Kill La kill, or FLCL or Mind Game, just the motion emotion and all the art styles you can have in em.

There's just so much to like about anime when its good.

As simple as this may sound, happiness for me would be spending time listening to some calming music while writing. I don't know what it is but something about writing about a world that you're unable to visit is kind of an exciting experience! You get to create characters that can face whatever you want to throw at them and the story can end however you want. I guess just the feeling of being able to write my own story without any tricks is whats exciting about it!

Happiness is partially the byproduct of a well functioning endocrine system. Therefore, it makes sense to do things that promote a well functioning endocrine system. Which is why exercise is good, eating nutritious things counts. But how to engage the top down function of the master endocrine, the pineal/pituitary dynamic? I'm happy in general because I choose to be happy in general, as negativity easily breeds more of it. So in a sense, I am happy because this is my will.

So you're happy because you want to be?
Pretty roundabout way of going about it

its more the byproduct of noticing things about life, its trials and tribulations, its outcomes....and how various people deal with things

a logical rational approach to analysis appears foreign to you, why?
