I got a prompt for a free 7-day free trial and authorized it on my iPhone, I then recieved an e-mail saying my monthly subscription has gone through, I checked my iTunes subscription and it had a monthly subscription even though it was showing as a 7-day trial when it asked me to authorize, I'm assuming it's because I've used a trial in the past but why even have it as an option if you're just going to start a monthly subscription, I did not authorize a monthly subscription I authorized the trial, I know that they're technically the same, but it didn't even give me the 7-day trial it went straight to monthly and now I'm going to overdraft because of my trial getting skipped also I've typed this three times so far because when I went to "make a username" and verify my email it wiped what I had typed

The problem with subscribing through iTunes is that you have to straighten out any billing issues through iTunes as well. CR doesn't manage the billing on those.

they just keep telling me I need to talk to crunchyroll, well, "suggesting" "Yes, that is the reason I am suggesting you to contact the developer of the App. As they were the creators of the App. They will decide the functionality of the App. As it purchased via iTunes I can only cancel the purchase and refund it, Apart from that we have no other authority over the App."

but they will refund it, bet it won't make crunchyroll too happy
