Hello Everyone,

Could someone please help me out, I would like an admin to reply to this post or
contact me

This morning my account (original account) was stolen from me without me knowing,
someone had my password (idk from where) and just changed the email/password
to my account without me even knowing about it.

I have been paying 8.99 every month for a very long time on this account and I can prove it.
I would like to know Who this person is and how he got my password
also I would like my account to return to my original email.

This is urgent as Yesterday I paid another monthly subscription and someone just uses
my account to watch it for free.

My Old account was Berdzilo190.

I am attaching the email I got this morning about the email being changed

I can send screens of payments going out of my account for the past months on a private message
to an admin when I get pmed,

Thank you, I couldn't find this part of the website for some reason, I just sent a support through to them,

I am really annoyed and I am wondering how, I mean ok my pw was not super hard because I wouldn't think
someone would want to hack a crunychroll account but it seems that people will take anything from you,
and how in hell did he get my email and my password I really do not know, I am pretty sure I haven't
got any viruses on my PC and nothing else has been affected.

I have been a member for many years and have paid premium every month since I 1st logged in
so I would want my account back.

Not necessarily claiming this was your problem, but usually it's because the same id and password was used on more than one site, and that got hacked. Yahoo, Adobe, MySpace, LinkedIn, etc. All it takes is one of those and thousands of email/password combinations are posted on a "paste" site for anyone to find and try to use on any number of other sites. Read more about it here (and go into more than just the front page...)
