Membership is no longer working. Been a member for YEARS. It doesn't even let me try to renew membership because it says I'M ALREADY A PREMIUM MEMBER. Fix this.

guess i'll try the contact support link there... while i wait to see if they just did this to everyone.

Same here, all of a sudden it says my subscription is active but I don’t have the perks. Also recieved an e-mail today that says my subscription expired, while it’s been paid for until November 10th.

All of you guys were recently switched over from our legacy PayPal billing method to a more modern one. Looks like the expiry of the old type ended up resetting your status while it should not have.

Anyone having the same issue, please reach out via /contact, and we'll fix it for you.

I am having the same issue, but apparently i expired 5 days ago, and i should be on auto renew. I have been for years. but i can not renew the service. I am extremely confused by this.

I can not watch anything and I’ve paid for premium membership. Contact support messaged me and asked for more details. That was Friday!! Why haven’t they replied I should be getting VIP treatment; this £5 I’ve spent has been to waste as I haven’t been able to use it!!

I’m having the same issue and have contacted support several times to resolve my issue and have gotten back the same BS auto reply emails. I have been a premium members for a year and have the receipt through Apple that there was no payment issue. I’m about to use other businesses to watch my show if the problem isn’t resolved and ask for my money back. I don’t pay to not watch episodes when I want or still see ads ever 5 minutes.
