I just received a notification that my account(not this one) had it's email changed. I did not do this and I've opened a ticket and informed my bank. I also called the support number with no lucky. What is my best course of action here?

I think my account was also hacked. I just got an email welcoming me to a 14 day free trial even though I've been subscribed for more than three years, and then I got another email entirely in Spanish for some reason. I also tried logging in to find that my password wasn't being accepted, so I had to change that.

EDIT: I registered with a Google Mail account, and someone signed up with another account using the gmail.com suffix of that same email address I'm using. Kindly cancelling their subscription for them :)

EDIT2: Except, I'd like to do that but I'm not able to remove the payment information they've entered.

For account issues, especially where someone had taken control, you should put in a direct support request here to make sure nothing else is wrong: /contact

I just received a notification that my account had it's email changed too. They changed the email but I still had almost a year on my account. How do I get my premium switched back to my original account?
