Glassdoor gives the company I work at 3.1/5.0. The major complaint seems to be lack of opportunities to advance in career unless you threaten to go somewhere else and that socializing with the right people means raises, not performance.

as in my manager or the big name company i work for? my manager is a 10, as well as my district manager. really love my job, it's more the customers who are jerks in the hopes of getting free stuff that ruins my otherwise perfect job.

Fuck them.

Honestly Id say a 5 strictly because we can say whatever the hell we want. Working with military and cops has its benefits that there is almost no line you can cross and if you get offended they say either walmart is hiring or taco bell. They really are a great group of people to work with though and very professional when need be.

No, for a "telecommunications" subcontractor.

Two of your government agencies were clients. You would never guess which ones. But I will say there are things your government is hilariously willing to put in the hands of minimum wage Canadians with 3 hours of training.

To the lowest bidder~

We chewed through people at an alarming rate. Not many survived for more than a couple months at the stress levels vs pay. My pay rate was grandfathered in from them buying out my original company and much higher than what they paid the nubs. Which is kind of how it went for most of the veterans. The other half of the staff were expendable anxiety disorders waiting to happen. >.>

They also tend to crack down on discussions about pay/wages like some illegal activities within the company despite it's one of the rights of the employees.

3, I love my job function, the co-workers. I'm okay with the pay.

However my manager is somehow 'corrupt' and has favoritism issues. Also, the machines I was handling were too old ~22 years and still uses Windows 95 lol, So the amount of work trying to assist all the errors can be frustrating,

Solid 4
-coworkers are friendly enough
-the PA’s I work with are all awesome
-20% of the doctors need a reality check
-pay is competitive: make more than a Hospital.
-the company insists on being open every single day of the year =_=
-you don’t get a lunch break, you may when you can. 80% of the time you don’t.
-white scrubs
-you are always hassled to work for other centers that are FAR from you.
-it’s always rewarding to help the elderly and children
-not much room for advancement unless you go back to school.
-supervisor cares about being friends with everyone and forgets about what she should be focusing on: being a boss.

I guess they didn't like when when I told others to just google the company name and fines. You will pull up a few articles about them being fined for millions by the department of labor for violations

I don't care anymore. I started out with this company 6 years ago and instead of wage increase most people get wage decrease.

more work + less pay after being 6 year with them + no benefits--- I guess it is time to find something eles.
