Crunchyroll,

I have used your free trial to test your services, but was dissatisfied with them. Despite this, my PayPal sent you 6.95 CAD despite my wishes. Would I be able to get a refund please?

To simply cancel, follow the instructions here:

You should also be able to change something directly in PayPal to stop recurring payments.

To request a refund you need to contact customer support directly. You can do that via the /contact form.

The public forums are not the place for accounting/billing issues. You need to put in a direct support request here: /contact

You also need to visit your Paypal approved payments page and cancel that on there:

I purchased the free trail on my card, and I do not like the service and did not want the premium membership and it charged my card almost 7$ I don’t have like literally in my bank account it says -$6.58 or how much it was. So in all I would like a refund and to cancel my membership like right now!!! But when I try to go to setting and go under membership or anything it won’t let me cancel that either so that needs to be fixed Or I’ll sue

You will need to put in a support request: /contact

You will get two unhelpful bot emails, then hours (probably days) later a third email will come from a real person to interact with.

At the end of the month, or when bank produces your next statement, you may be up to surprise when you see NSF fee charged to your account by your bank.

I recently renewed my one month premium membership yet did not get premium status, seeing as how I am paying for my subscription I would like to have premium, I have already contacted support it has been 3 days without a response
