It's that time of the year again I got most of the stuff i want last year so I'm not sure if i'll get anything this year.

If you found some good deals from any of the ads please share

So, what are you getting this Black Friday? (or it's more like Black Thursday for the last 3-4 years)

Stay at home, wait for Cyber Monday. There are too many assholes on Black Friday.

I got my shopping list and a schedule of which stores to hit first and how to navigate between each to ensure that I wont be in line too long and will get the most out of the sales I am looking for.

I got everything I want. Except a Switch... but there won't be any deals on that.

Cyber Monday all the way. I think I'll get a video game or two. And maybe get some Christmas shopping done early.

I swore to myself that this year would be the year I witness the shenanigans that go on during this killer event. Hopefully I'll try to not run over by a vengeful mother with a shopping cart.

Heave a sigh of relief that I'll have 100% of our property's annual tax covered rather than worrying 'bout not. No shopping on either whacked out Friday or Cyber Monday.

So I feel Black Friday shouldn't exist.

We don't need a event where people fight over huge televisions, play stations, for a cheap price.
Especially right after Thanksgiving.
Like, what's the point?

I really wish we could get rid of it.

I'm waiting to see if any deals will happen with the Nintendo Switch, or at least with their games. I want to get buy one, but I would hate to buy one now, and have some sort of deal with it, during Black Friday.

It said right so at the bottom right.. Stores open at 5 PM on Thursday (It was 8PM last year, and 10PM ,etc..) It's getting earlier and earlier. More and more people are shopping online to avoid the traffic and people.

Black Friday online shopping will probably start at the usual time.. 12AM on Friday. I'll just do the usual thing like other years.. added the products i want in the cart.. sign on when it's close to 12AM.. refresh the page so the items' price will be adjusted and just check out.. then go to bed . This is how i spent a few grands within 10-15 minutes

Kohl's black friday shopping will start on Nov 20 though.....

I have done one black Friday and it scared me too much so I'll either do cyber Monday or just buy it when I see it sort of thing. I've seen people taking things out of other people's buggy, the fights... never have understood the being thankful one day and destructive the next.

Keep in mind, when you see "Doorbuster sales"...what "doors" are you expected to "bust", and why?
We didn't even see the title catch on until reports of trampling deaths and injury outside of various Wal-marts, and then every store WISHED they could have a few trampling deaths of their own to show everyone how popular they were.

Me, I already blogged last year on how Black Friday First Became a Thing, since it was always just Thanksgiving Leftovers and TV Christmas Specials Day when I was a kid--
Until those demonic Cabbage Patch Kids changed our world forever, darnit!

(...Is it hypocritical of me that I painstakingly held off on a Playstation VR headset/camera bundle till Black Friday?
Well, actually, my instincts kept telling me all summer that Sony would get cold feet about slow sales and end up doing a HDDVD-style price drop for Black Friday in a last-ditch stunt to grab interest, but nope, hasn't happened yet. May get one anyway. )

another problem is I am normally going to bed when it's time for that stuff to start. Walmart begins around 2 am that you can shop yet not check out until 5 or so. but still it's dangerous. I can live without quick and heavy sales. not a fan of humans so being around them and seeing them in that condition, I'll prefer to pay full price. however, towards Christmas there are about the same sales and it's safer and people tend to be nicer.
