Shit can't change my answer prematurely hit the wrong one.

She stole $100 then spent the $100 on Groceries getting $30 in chance

So she has.... $30 and $70 of groceries.

$100 so C

My answer is probably wrong i accidently selected D in the poll >.<
(i'm most likely wrong it's 4:40 am thinking isn't my strong suit when half asleep!)

The owner is given $70 back from the $100 bill the lady stole from them, so the owner only loses $30 as they had given that amount to the lady. Idk if I'm correct or not?

$30 plus the cost of the goods, so probably somewhere between B and C unless the retail markup is more than 75% in which case actual loss would be between A and B.

100 dollars. The lady stole a 100 from the man then returned the bill for purchasing goods and receiving change.
70$ goods + 30$ change = 100$
The man got the 100 back, but effectively ,the lady got free goods and 30$. So 100$ was lost in total. Unless I messed up and got the whole problem wrong.

$100 dollars if I'm correct. The lady buys $70 goods which isn't her money to begin with and the owner gives her back $30.

Technically, none of those answers is 100% correct.
If you think about it from the perspective of the question, it would be $100. (-100+100-70-30 = -100)
If you think about it from the perspective of a business, there is an unknown variable in this situation that causes all answers to be incorrect.

Majority of stores will sell items at a markup.
The variable that is not outlined in this question is the genuine value of the items that the woman bought with the stolen $100 bill.
(+100 - X -30) = (70 - X) [X being the true value of the goods stolen]
For the sake of simplicity, the answer is going to be $100 (because this variable isn't defined).

People will argue that since the variable isn't defined, that it should be an external answer that isn't on the list.
They are (partly) correct.
However, this is not how multiple choice questions function.
You cannot add in another option of "None".

Closed because OP nuked.

We normally close threads anyway when we notice the OP no longer has an account, but it might be worth noting for those of you who rely on communicating primarily through uploaded images--once you delete your account those images become invisible in any posts you've made. That's why this particular poll no longer makes sense--because it relied on an image in the first post instead of typed out answers in the poll itself.
