Get a new waifu. When you feel this way, chances are there's a deai right around the corner.

I feel like I change favorites every year... but Lelouch is my number one forever, because half of my other favorites are my favorites because they remind me of him. Right now, though, LagPo gives me more feelings than he does.

It's difficult if their manga has ended and they can no longer "grow up"/"grow older" with you. Watching AMVs and MMVs featuring her, collecting more pics, re-reading the manga or rewatching the anime helps a little. But once the feeling is really gone, only new source material will trigger the emotions again. At that point, it's time to take down the wall scrolls and move on.
