The Nibs, in the guise of PLANET X, had first made this claim to Nancy in 1995. Supposedly set for May of 2003, the Nibs had to cancel the event due to having lost its voice. Millions were crushed.

The world as we know will not end but that does not mean that we will all be destroyed. It will transform to something that is currently beyond our comprehension. The world will become renewed or remade.

in about a million or so years when it's in earth's gravity that's when I'll fear it, until then, a football field plus away, nope just another pointless attempt to suck people towards a cult to me.

That is a thing going on now. Ok.

Oh, good, I have a piano exam next week, if the world ends before then, great.

Just kidding. What is it with this "Planet X" nonsense? Wasn't that also supposed to cause the end of the world in 2012? If you're going to make stupid prophecies about the end of the world at least be creative and quit regurgitating failed world endings.

If you watched the video then Planet X refers to a possible undiscovered planet. Pluto was once Planet X. They think there is another planet somewhere in the oort cloud because something is attracting matter. Though a planet that far out would have little to no gravitational influence on us.

This notional planet X is somewhat different. In a complicated way, it started out as a message to a woman in 1995 (who claimed to be talking to Zetians and denied the Halle-Bopp Comet's existence), got tied to a book (the author refuted the connection) about a planet called Nibiru that is supposed to swing by every 3600 years, and then ballooned from there through pseudoscience and conspiracy.

It really has nothing to do with the Tenth Planet in the Oort Cloud.

Maybe I was assuming they were smarter than they were. I'm used to the astronomer/NASA designation.

Sadly, no. They keep calling and emailing NASA, though. NASA is a bit sick of it, especially because in space nothing happens very quickly.

I'm pretty sure if this 'planet x' crap is going to kill us its going to be in 2028 (ACCORDING TO SCIENCE)

or the world will end in 2880 which is more accurate in my opinion, and I want to see what technology will be like if I live to be 100

November 20, 2017. The afterlife strangely looks a lot like regular life. Are we sure the world ended?

The Mayan calendar did not predict the destruction of the world. The Mayan end date only symbolized the beginning of the end of the old world which will bring in the start of the new world.

The Mayan calendar didn't predict anything, and we can only speculate as to what its end might have meant to the Mayan people. But this doomsday prediction had nothing to do with the Mayan calendar, anyway

On another note... I'M ALIVE!!!!!! Why am I not surprised?
