14 day free trial problem

When I try to activate 14 day free trial it keeps saying. Sorry, unable to start free trial. There was a problem with your payment method. I've reentered my information multiple times but it keeps saying this. Is there any fix?

I am trying to figure that out too, I want to be able to pay without a free trial but I think it only allows me to have a free trial first, but I don't want any... The best way to sort that out is by contacting the higher-ups and see if they can help you access it properly.

Silent_tomhawX's problem is with the system not accepting a card, so he will need to contact support: /contact

Yours may just only be that you haven't found the right link to follow:

"Plain" premium:
/premium_pick_plan?membership=premium
or if you want Plus:
/premium_pick_plan?membership=premiumplus

But if neither of those work for you either, then you also may have to use the contact link...

Pretty sure it's a bug.

/contact customer support using the link in this sentence.

Or you can skip the free trial, by clicking the "Plain" premium link that asharka posted.

I just got a 14 free day trial it and worked but It wont allow me to get the premium access.Does anyone know how to fix this.I check my profile and it says i'm logged in but I dont get the full effect.Does anyone know how to fix this?Never mind I just fixed it I think.Sorry for asking

When I try to sign up through the website on my laptop I get "Sorry, you can have only one free trial per payment method." but when I try and sign up on the app from my phone I get "The payment gateway has timed out. Please try again later."

LOL How is this still an issue? I also have issues. I sent them an email and they just sent a generic reply of "this seems to be a billing issue" I tried 2 cards. blahhhh I am also getting the "sorry, you can have only one free trial per payment method" b.s. i tried 2 cards as well.

The only way to fix account status to get the trial is to contact support here: /contact

You will get two bot mails at first, then be prepared to wait for as much as several days for the third email from a person to interact with.

If you just want to go straight to paying without waiting and give up on the trial:
