I like the idea myself, rather than fiddling with the search bar and hoping to not over or undershoot it'd make it easy. I can't help but wonder if there'd be issues with licensees, probably not seeing as Netflix does have this feature but it's a thought.

I think it's a good idea as well, but the amount of episodes Cr would have to go through for the feature is too many. Unless they obtain a program that can precisely determine the times on each episode for the intro end time, maybe they can start with the anime that's new that comes to Cr.

Um.... you haven't watched enough anime; clearly

1:37 just scroll your finger or mouse over the time and click/tap

They specifically cut the length of songs to fit the time of every episode.

When I use to watch a lot of anime, this was common for me, especially when you get tired of watching the OP over and over. It takes the same amount of time.

They also need to add a time skip feature like Funimation has . Every time you hit the FF button on the Xbox Media Remote , ot will skip approx. 15 seconds (I believe what it is) . Crunchyroll just keeps on a 'going ...

Although this doesn't concern me at all! It would be a fantastic idea, for non-premium members. Not everyone enjoys watching pop-up adds throughout a video. A skip-video feature would be sensible, I mean like there are some people that like to watch pop-up adds to see what new anime are trending etc. Others would rather watch the anime.

the duration may be the samebut the start and obviously the end times are changing sometimes and it's not just about the OP.on one piece for example you could skip the first 5-6 minutes usually because of opening and recap and starting right at the title screen would be perfect there, although the recap time usually differs between episodes.

also in bigger animes with many openings (one piece or conan) the time may also change.

also in series without way too expensive recaps, the best thing in my opinion would be ending at the title screen if it is right after the op, otherwise at the last 1-3 seconds of the op, just to see that nothing has been cut.

an extension of this feature could also be not auto-skipping new op themes so a viewer who wants can hear that theme if he wants to do so.
