So I came on today to discover the following:

1) Password is reset to something else. No email prompt before this discovery like when I changed it back a few minutes ago.
2) billing information/payment method page shows "Error". No way to change billing info now
3) Membership status is shown as "Free" member but all my existing premium membership perks are still there.

I'm assuming whatever is plaguing the site affected at least 1 and 3 at the same time. Anybody know what is going on? At least my viewing experience isn't affected but this is absurd.

Your account has probably been pwned...

Put in a ticket to support to fix the issues, and that you didn't miss something: /contact

Also delete all devices here: /acct/?action=devices just in case.

You might want to read about why to use password management tools (such as LastPass, for example) here, and use a different password for every website, and never reuse them:

They never explain that.. Only a support request can fix it, though.
