Depends on the show and how I feel.

It depends entirely on the use case and the quality.

Bad GCI will destroy an anime (Handshakers, Beserk 2016/17) or elevate it (Fate UBW) to extraordinary.

YMMV.

In general, I am not bothered with Computer Generated Imagery (C.G.I.) if the method is not excessively used and ruins a scene for me, which is rare in regard to Anime. I am content with both hand drawn and C.G.I. animation styles, but I do feel partially more intrigued with hand drawn considering the time, the difference of detail and effort to illustrate by hand the background, the foreground and the characters.

I don't really care if something is CGI or hand drawn animation or a combination of CGI or hand drawn. Or a combination of the two and something else like claymotion. As long as the message or the information contained in the animation is relevant or meaningful or useful, that is all that matters. It does not matter what kind of animation techniques is used to convey that message. It is the message that matters. That is the only thing that matters.
