Yes. But how you treat it is your choice as long as your 18. Also don't do weird shit or encourage this crap on children, its disgusting and you are a horrible parent for promoting a lifestyle that comes with the highest suicide rate of any group.

Love how you blame the lifestyle not the condition.

When it is forced/encouraged on children its a lifestyle.

Again love how you conflate knowledge into propaganda. Trans Kids know they are -something- different learning what Trans is only helps them.

All I can say it there's YouTubers out there that are LGBT channels that push it towards children below the age of 12 and so at an early age that want to be just like their favorite YouTubers so they say their trans and become an outcast. I when I was 14 suffered from Gender Dysphoria and at one point I came out as trans but later on it went away and I felt like a complete idiot. This was caused by the fact that leftist media and LGBT communities were forcing it so much that it just got into my head.

I can't address that. I grew up in a time when Homophobia was the norm and trans were thrown under the same bus. It took me until age 40 to come out the closet and stop being tortured by my difference. I wonder who I would have been if I had support/therapy at a younger age.

No. Kids are kids, there are phases. Also most kids who "transfer" regret it as adults because kids are kids and they are not emotionally capable of deciding whether they should make mind and body altering changes.

Whether transgender is a mental disorder or not depends on the culture. Rob Ford, a populist leader of Canada during 2012, did have more mental illness than transgender people even when he is not diagnosed with one.

I agree that it is a mental disorder, but what isn't?

ya it is though on a individual level some are more stable then others and can be more or less normal productive members of society other then their mental disorder. but my biggest issue with them is it also seems that the more vocal advocates are also often highly authoritarian and not stable at all it seems

True, I find the 'warriors' of my kind to be 'colourful' to say the least. but without them working for my rights. I probably wouldn't be able to live my quiet non-activist life.

actually how they go about it i think will make things worse in the long run make people think that most people who suffer from that sort of mental disorder aren't different then people with severe mental issues and such despite like i said a probably a good number of people with gender dysphoria or whatever are likely relatively stable individuals who aren't like that.

I wouldn't say so... more of a thing that certain mental illnesses can lead up to. I think of it more as way a person dress (like I dress as: a Victorian, a tomboy, cosplay ETC..)

EDIT: I gave more thought & actually it is a mental disorder(my opinion) since you're uncomfortable & insecure about your gender so you swap.. I'd think only a mental problem would make a person go so far as to completely change their sexual orientation... But if it makes them secure in themselves then I don't think it should be wrong thing for a person to change gender ( after they've gone to a Psycharitrist to evaluate a decent amount of times)

I got this more confused with crossdressing where you identify as born gender but dress as the opposite gender.

Perhaps, but I couldn't live the way I do, or go to work with confidence without the results of activism enshrining my rights in our Charter of rights and Freedoms.

That happened because of political activism.
