Well putting aside what that movie is suppose to represent. It might be a bit tricky to find or make the right costumes

It's possible to print images onto a cake. Any good cake shop can do that. You could order customized party decor online with images you provide also. The problem you run into with all this, is that the images you want to use are probably copyrighted, and no professional business will touch them. I don't know a way around that, other than doing it all yourself. Never hurts to ask though. My friend who is a cake decorator will do copyrighted stuff, if you take the time to charm her.

Maybe look up some recipes for food that's featured in Spirited away. Something you know she'll eat.

hm No Face cup cakes & pin the tail on the dragon maybe... You could get gold nugget like candies (like yellow nerds). They could also paint their own masks(with paper plates & basic paints so they can be their own unique no face) maybe a pouch of flower petals like Haku. Could play soot ball where they throw black fluffy balls into a basket idk

Turn up to the party, eat all the party food with you and your hubby and become pigs.

Depends on what parts stick out to your daughter, but just throwing out some ideas:

For decor, a paper mache mask and modified grim reaper-esque costume as a wall hanging.

Get a good thick cardstock for something to hang off the ceiling.

For little table decorations go to a craft shop and pick up black fuzzy cotton balls, googley eyes, and black pipe cleaners (for the legs).

For a snack you could go several routes with the bathing bird designs. Using fondant for the eyes you could do marshmallow peeps, a little dumpling with yellow sugar coating, or even something like a lightly fried riceball.

Haku is pretty iconic for the movie, though that's a complicated design for a quick homemade decoration.

Thanks these are great idea's! I was already planning on the paper birds but didn't think to use card stock so, thats great thanks! I will probably do some painting on big paper for the walls because I still have quite a bit of time until the party, so I might try to draw haku :D

Sounds great! I'm glad you got some good ideas. I've moved this over to the Advice, Info, Recommendations forum. It should have been moved when it was started but apparently we didn't notice it.

Have fun.

And don't forget the chocolate gold-coins as game prizes.
(Very easy to find around Hanukah time.)
