IT-System-businessman here. I do work for my own living, but i miss the good old times when I had all the time in the world for Animes and Games. Working and living are often two different things.

You make it sound like living off your parents is a negative thing.

Um....... I'm kind of in the middle of both?

My job doesn't support me enough though. But I'll just keep saving till I can pay for a mortgage. Any two story house will do.

hehe yeah I remember itami saying in the first episode of GATE that he works only to pay for his hobbies. I think that's quite the right way to do it. Still you shouldn't work in a workplace you don't enjoy. But that's all easy said, none of it has any value facing real life.

I sell collectibles (primarily trading cards and con-exclusives), and I'm a caregiver for a family member. I'll be opening my own store in the near future.

I live on a farm with my boyfriend. Technically it's still on the property of his fathers but because the two houses are so far apart we feel alone and it rocks. We pay rent and electric but it's not much. We're trying to move and saving money like cray cray

Hmmmm truthfully took me 5 years after I graduated highschool to find a job. No one was willing to hirer me for some odd reason but now I have a job going on 8 months so far.

Though would like to do something else though but afraid I might end up in the loop of no job again, so blah might as well stick this one out a bit longer.

I live alone but I don't have a job and I'm gonna find one this year.

Truth be told I didn't look for a job right out of high school but I should have.

Hindsight is 20/20 as they say...

I have a crappy job at the moment, yes. I get yelled at, cursed at, and have occasional threats. Where do I work at? I work at a parking lot and everyone complains 8 bucks is too expensive. Everyone wants in for free and occasionally people race inside without paying but little do they know the county gives parking citations of 70 bucks.

I don't live with my parents per say, I live with my friend's parents. My dad died last year and my mom doesn't have a stable home. It's not uncommon for young adults to live with parents because it's so expensive where I live (Los Angeles). If you're a young adult here, you live with parents or bunch of roommates or won the lotto.

Hopefully after my degree and studying for the CPA exam I'll get a decent less crappy job. But I'm in no hurry to move out either since it's better to save up and not having to worry about rent or house bills. My friend's family consider me their own daughter and will let me stay as long as I like.
