I'm premium (on a trial).
Only the limited catalog is shown on my android tv and iphone app, like the catalog of a free user.
On the website itself, I can see the full catalog and add almost whatever series to my queue, which are not visibile on the apps.

These series should be visible ?

Two settings can affect that. The first is "show mature content" here: /acct/?action=video Device manufacturers have more strict standards for what can play on their devices by default.

Then depending on the application, the other setting may be on the same web page, or it may be a separate setting within the actual app, and this is due to apps having hard-coded subtitles. You need to make sure the "Preferred Language" is set to "English US" because those may be the only available subs for certain shows and/or device filetypes.

yep, googled a bit around before posting this. mature content is on, subtitles are set to english (uk/us, whatever...)
in the website I can see all the series I want to watch.
In the apps (android (tv) / ios) : I'm limited to the free version and limited catalog for some reason...

For the "free version" problem:

go into settings on the app and log out and go back to the main device menu.

For Android, you may need to go to the main device settings and do a clear data/cache for the CR app.

Then go here on the web and deactivate the device: /acct/?action=devices

Then go back into the app and in the settings, log in again with the email/username you used for this account.

For the difference in the number of shows, if it isn't maturity or language, it must be a perceived IP geolocation difference.

Go to a web browser on the device itself, and navigate to this page: http://www.crunchyroll.com/contact

Then scroll down to just above the footer section where in light gray it says "Detected Country" and see what country it is finding.

If that differs between your PC and on the device, then that could be a clue...

ok thanks asharka

Still the same problem

On my pc I see 'attack on titan', to name a specific series. I added it to my queue. This is not visible in both apps (iphone and android tv)
It is not listed in the queue or in the search results while looking for it.

For the detected country, it says 'US' for both wired network and 4G network on the mobile device and on the pc,
I'm not located in the US, but in europe, belgium.

You are using a proxy to circumvent the region lock on your PC. It's showing you the US content there, while you are accessing from a Belgian IP on your mobile, giving your the Belgian content there.

Using a proxy to circumvent the region lock is a violation of our ToS.
