Saturated in blood. People don't understand how very flavorful blood is and just how much it adds to the overall taste.

My dad liked his steak well done & seasoned so it tasted like a leather boot. I hated steak for a long time. It was like eating rubber dipped in A1 sauce.

Thank the lord baby jesus for my wife. I can now eat a properly cooked steak. And the sad thing about it is it's really the easiest thing to cook.

the steak has gotta be good and thick, get the grill super hot, 500+
1 minute until flip
after first or second flip, turn grill down to low (it'll still be really hot by the time you're done)
once its been grilled twice on each side, it should be done
unless its over an inch thick
if it doesnt move when you poke it, you overcooked it

Rare. I wish I could see less of it in the market. Animals are slaughtered too often, the less, the merrier so make it rare!
