Episodes Missing - IOS

I'm new to Crunchyroll. I am a Premium user, I have read a couple of very old posts regarding my issue on Google.

A couple said it was connected to either not having app language set to ENGLISH or not having MATURE CONTENT selected.

Both my iPad and iPhone apps do not show the FULL listing of Naruto Shippeden or Naruto.

I have logged in to Crunchyroll website and done the following;

- Changed Manga preferences to 'Show Mature Content'
- Changed Video preferences to 'Show Mature Concellor

In both my apps I went to Settings and changed UI and Content Language to ENGLISH (UK).

- SIGNED OUT and back in.. DIDN'T WORK
- DELETED the app of iPad.. DIDN'T WORK

However, if I'm on the website and look up the anime it shows full list but when I say play of the app it gets an error.

Can anyone offer any advice on how to fix this.

It must be set to English US (not UK)
