Episode 1

This episode pretty much introduces all the main characters here as Ani has quite a lot on her plate if she is being sent to deal with these troublemaker princes. Especially Narek as he's pretty combative considering his military background. So much for this "peace treaty" as it's just a cover for a glorified meet and greet. The characters are certainly an interesting bunch, so at least it will have something worth watching moving forward, but other than that it's what I have come to expect out of an otome game adaptation.

For a Breakerz song, the OP had an idol tone. Wasn't expecting that.

Episode 2

Narek's narcissism knows no boundaries there as he decorated the place with pictures of himself. He claims that they are from different times, but he hasn't changed one bit in them. Of course, he goes overboard when he fires those maids that were hired to take care of Ani, and after considering her feelings, they were hired back. Things have been getting pretty hectic for Ani as her parents are really pushy asking her to sell stuff there all while carrying an egg that ended up hatching, and then there's Vino who has taken quite a liking to her, and then Narek the narcissist. Not the welcoming she was hoping for, but it all worked out in the end.

Yuuichirou Umehara is a riot as Vino. So different from his previous roles, except perhaps Wakasa (Orenchi no Furo Jijou). Was difficult to focus on anything else.

Saw the first two episodes.

Honestly, I think this anime is probably going to feel pretty similar each week with the cast of guys and that setting. Quite over the top at times while retaining its colorful storytelling. For someone like Ani, I'm surprised how well she's adapting to her situation.

Episode 3

Next person of interest is Prince Mare, and Mare is a huge mahou shoujo fan. Heck, he even refuses to leave his room as all he cares about is his favorite magical girl show. Ruze's coronation ceremony is coming up, and Ani has been begging him to attend, all while getting rejected by Mare's magical girl personification, and he finally caves in after designing matching outfits. But unfortunately, it happens to occur after a solar eclipse and tradition states that the entirety of the coronation must happen under the sun, so it's postponed for now, and Ruze isn't the emperor just yet. Mare is quite the interesting guy there, and some good came out of it as Ani's outfit that Mare designed looks way better than the one she usually wears. And that's what staying inside will do to a guy when Mare only appears during the eclipse, and the sun beats him down.

I rather adore how Ani is surrounded by so many pretty boys, and yet she has that "I'd rather be anywhere else than here" attitude going. She would have taken a hike if her mother hadn't put her to this mission.

Episode 4

Ani has come home, and the princes are these wanting to further their relationships in their own way. Those boys sure are picky eaters there as Ani would find out that simply preparing them a meal of her family's choosing isn't going to get it done. So off to the market they go, and along the way they run into a rampaging boar, and a banana peel happened to be there that almost caused Ani to bite the dust. But in rammed into a tree instead, and the place is saved. So after picking up some fresh veggies, those boys were in for a treat unlike anything else. Pretty much, those boys may not like those veggies and stuff, but of course eating them from a place that's famous for their produce is another thing entirely, and that got them to eat their carrots.

Episode 5

Narek sure is a huge celebrity back in his home country as everywhere he goes, confetti is thrown and the citizens of Milidonia believe cleaning up his confetti brings them good luck. While that's happening, Mare wanders off and gets lost leading Ami to search for them. They find someone tied up that looks like Mare, but that's not him. It turns out that Mare was found by Narek and had been in the castle since. So much for worrying about the prince getting abducted, but it just goes to show that these boys are a handful to deal with. And after four episodes, the ending theme has changed, which I was expecting since the first one only featured two boys in it.

Just had to share... Can imagine how over-the-top a Breakerz performance would have to be to express those princely personalities.

Episode 6

That was a mind-numbingly dumb episode. Narek is quite picky when it comes to fashion and he spots a rare piece of fabric that suits him, while Mare wants that same piece to make a dress for Kyuaran. It's something that takes years to make so it's no wonder why the makers had them go through a fashion show with Narek having to give up his boa, and Mare his doll should they lose. But they both won and got the fabric, but unfortunately for them the horse with it ran away leaving them stranded. Poor Ani had to wait and sleep through all this because of this. My brain certainly was hurting after seeing those two idiots doing what they just did.

CGDCT tends to be mind-numbingly dumb. The 'Guys' in this case definitely went overboard. Can't deny I thoroughly enjoyed it, though – Happy Valentine's to me, Ohana-chan ♥.

Episode 7

It's a hot springs episode, and just when the boys thought they were hanging out at the beach, instead it's off to the town's hot springs resort as it is said that being together there is a way to bond. And then the boys end up running through town naked thanks to Grimaru blasting the place and causing those boys to be thrown off the cliff the resorts are on. Pretty silly episode that was seeing that those boys sure don't mind if others see them in the nude, well except for Narek seeing that it means being away from his doll. Grimaru should know better, but he goes and does it again at the end.
