Episode 1

Riku has to take a training mission and has to work together with two other people. The goal is to defeat the enemies in the area before there true goal of the passing is revealed. They easily take care of the enemies with the help of Titan who seems to know more than his letting on and a schoolmate that Riku knows from school. After beating the enemies there true goal is to defeat the person giving them the test. During a flashback it's revealed that Titan is someone famous in the fighting game world and has to be the top player in order to meet his fathers agreement. Seeing his true self there is no way that Titan would be allowed to pass the test and thats when Riku figured out someone else controlling the one giving the test. Once Titan finds out in a fit of rage plans to defeat Riku and Ling. Now Riku gives Ling an offer if he defeats Titan that they would work together.

The first episode was not that bad and they kept the opening from the first season. It's great to see that it's no longer 12 mins but a full episode, so they can focus more on the story this time. We will see how the season goes maybe a third will be announced at the end?

You know, i almost forgot this one. But now it's back. Better? Perhaps.

One thing i noticed is that episodes are longer than last time. Good thing, if anything.

That OP also gives me some slight reminders of SAO's OP.

Episode 2

This episodes resumes with Titan trying to kill Riku and Ling. We even see a flashback when he won a fighting tournament and people in the crowd said that he might have used his family influence to win. Lucky for him his family has the money to pay off people that he gets into fights with. Back to the fight with Riku, Titan uses a million to power up his attack only for Riku to block it and cause a huge explosion. Than the collector shows up and gives Riku a little present that will help him guide him the day he tries to rescue Rei. Before leaving she fire a bullet revealing that someone has been following Riku. Once he is found out he tries to leave but Riky doesn't let him as he might know where Rei is. This leads to a fight where Ling even steps in to help him out. The end result is both Riku and Ling being forced to log out and Riku getting a call from the person holding Rei hostage.

The second season is turning out a lot better due to it being 24 mins. The fight this episode was pretty good and Riku still needs to get better at fighting. Now that he has Ling as a partner she might train him a little? Well only time will tell and lets see if Riku heads collectors warning.

Episode 3

The person that calls Riku tells him that he must go to stage 18 where he will meet Nisikaze. He also has to beat stage 18 if he wants to get into stagel 0. The next day Ling comes to meet Riku in person but is surround by boys who find her small and cute. He than goes out to eat with her and she orders a lot for them to eat. Just than some rich kids make fun of him since he can't pay since his poor. Ling stands up for him as she knows that his rich inside the game, so he is able to pay with in game money. After this they head into the game where a festival is being held to celebrate stage 0. Before the event starts Ling and Riku get something to eat as Ling needs to restore her Hp. While eating they hear some players talking about a new billion player and Riku is about to tell Ling the truth but the players pass him as the events starts. They both of them are transported to stage 18 where Black Tiger is using the other players to beat the boss to get into stage 0. Meanwhile Nishikaze watches from afar and decides to teleport to where Riku and Ling are.

The first part with Ling was funny as she seems like a small cute girl but is actually an instructor. Being an instructor she is able to get information to track down Riku. She even back him up when they make fun of him for being poor. The second part with the festival is going to be good as we see Black Tiger using all the players to beat the boss while he sits back and relax. We are also introduced to Nisikaze who's the person Riku is suppose meet up with but is she good or bad?
