I wanted to change my payment settings from monthly to yearly because it's just the better deal since I've been a member for over 2 years now and never realized I could have been saving some money.
I went to try to change this in my settings, but I keep getting the notification "Change cannot be processed at this time." Is there an issue going on or do I have to do some extra step in order to change my plan?

I know it sound like a stupid response but have you contact crunchyroll about the problem? or try refresh ur website?

I've moved this over to Site Support/ Minor Questions.

I think this might happen if it's currently already processing your next monthly payment--if that's so, you just need to wait a day or so for that to process before you request the switch. It could also be that you actually need to cancel your current premium membership and wait for it to end before signing up again for annual membership.

To sort out exactly what the case is with your account you can contact customer support directly using the/contact form.
