So I tried to upgrade back to premium since I recently had to get a new debit card with new info and my account expired but when I try to choose a plan it simply takes me to a page and I get "Sorry an error has occured" message. I then tried to upgrade my plan via CR Mobile and I get "There was an unknown error" or "Payment portal isn't responding, try again later". Am I going to be abe to ever get a premium account again?: I can't find any known issues such as these.

Also, please make sure you're providing the correct billing address (that matches the one on your bank statement), sometimes it's the issue why repurchase doesn't go through.

Now I atleast get to the option to pick a monthly plan and type in new card info but I get "Unauthorized request" and it STILL won't let me upgrade to premium.....sending in another ticket to see if they tell me the same thing in original response
