I downloaded the crunchyroll channel to my roku some time ago. About three or four months ago I decided to try out Crunchyroll Premium. After the trial membership expired I kept my premium membership and have watched crunchyroll exclusively on my roku. It turns out there is no crunchyroll account linked to my roku account that I can access from the web. I am unable to cancel my roku subscription because there is no option in the settings section of the crunchyroll app, and I am also unable to sync the subscription with any account I have online access to. I have searched many areas to figure out a potential problem for this, but have had no good search results. I just want to be able to cancel my premium subscription, or get access across the internet as well, but neither have been possible. Please help, as I have no idea what to do.

When you signed up through the Roku, did you enter an email address (and password) at the time? I would try using those (email as login id) for the web access instead of the id you are using now.

If that's not it, you will need to put in a support request directly: /contact
