I started a free trial back in November and had to cancel it the same day because the titles I'm interested in weren't available in the UK I made sure to cancel everything and remove my card from the account. Now I've got two charges on my bank statement for a membership I didn't get or use. My account doesn't have an order history, I have the button to go premium (so I assume it's canceled), and I believe this is the only email address that I've been using to log in.
I contacted support on multiple occasions and am failing to get an answer I have no way of verifying whether I have a second account registered, and I want to stop being charged for a service I'm not receiving. I'd also love to know the date when I first started the trial and when I cancelled it, if possible.
Can someone please help me? This has been going on since December, and I really hope that this time I'm going to get a reply.
Many thanks ~

For billing issues you'd best /contact support directly. While support staff occasionally drop in the forum caters more toward user to user help.

If you've signed up through Paypal you might have to cancel the pre-approved payments on their end here https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_manage-paylist
If you've signed up through itunes I think you likewise need to stop the payment on their end though I don't have a link handy for that.

Hey, mfritsch!
Thanks for the reply and help.
Unfortunately, when I contacted support, they stopped replying after 2 templated emails. It's been a month already

Be sure to check your spam folder just in case real replies ended up there even if the boilerplate message didn't.
