Crunchyroll frequently adds stuff to their catalog, including OVA, movies, new seasons etc. Right now, if you have an anime in your queue, you will get an e-mail about these additions, which is really nice. For example, if you watched Cardcaptor Sakura 3 years ago and left it in your queue, you would have gotten immediate notification about Clear Card. However, after years of watching anime on Crunchyroll, it's not reasonable to keep every anime you've ever watched in your queue in the event a new OVA or cool reboot comes out.

As such, I'd like to suggest being able to "follow" anime in a separate place than your queue; effectively allowing you to subscribe to news about shows you've watched (and depending on your settings also interesting merch, *wink wink, nudge nudge project manager*) so that you're always on top of developments for anime you loved, without bogging your queue down with stuff you aren't currently watching.
