Ive been paying for premium service for a few months now and my account has not been upgraded. It still shows me as a free user and blocks my access to premium content. I have sent crunchyroll multiple emails and it still hasnt been addressed. Any ideas? I dont want to cancel the service i just want it to get what ive been paying for.

How did you sign up, on the web here, or did you do it on iTunes (through a phone app), or through a console/other device?

If initially through a phone or other device, you may have a second account that is just your email address as the login (instead of this one) and password such as one associated with iTunes, or your Microsoft (Xbox) account email or even a Gamer tag...

If none of those sound like possibilities, then you probably need to put in a support request here: /contact

Ugh. I signed up through my xbox originally. It broke not long after i joined. Now im using a firestick. No clue how to sort this out. Any help is appreciated.

Thanks asharka. I have contacted them and im waiting for a response. Id hoped it may be a simple fix so i tried looking here. Guess im just stuck waiting on customer service to get back to me...
