I've been using the service since about july last year, so pleased to say this is my first bug i've encountered, though I'm unsure how is best to proceed. Yesterday I noticed that my que had disappeared nearly entirely, whiles finding 2 shows added to it (food wars and black clover), I re-added most of the que and removed both of those and have logged on today to find everything removed again and those two back in my que.
Allot of people have seemed to think that it's potentially a hack, though i'm using the app via the ps4 only, this is the first time I've logged onto my account from any other device, so I don't think it'd be too likely to be that (given the same shows have re-appeared, it seems more of a bug i'd of thought), though I'd like to know what other peoples experiences are with this sort of issue or what my options are for generally fixing it.

Thanks for any comments ahead of time ^-^

You have been hacked, there's no question.

Queues don't change unless someone changes them. Immediately change your password, and then go to this page: /acct/?action=devices and deactivate all devices there. You may see some residual activity if they used a browser, because you can't expire that on someone else's PC.

Also check here to make sure there is no other account activity that is not your doing: /orderstatus

You probably should report it to support here: /contact just in case you have/had a second account that you don't know about, since you initially signed up through an app, as that usually creates an account with an email address login instead of a username.

Thankyou for the response, I've done all the above steps and for now, will have to wait and see if it's been successful or not.
