It's getting seriously annoying. Many, many times over the last couple months I have gotten crunchyroll errors on Xbox and mobile app not allowing me to watch my shows. I've been paying for this for a a few years now and I would love to be able to actually use my account. I don't even have a Netflix or Hulu or anything I only like to watch your shows in the times im not gaming and it's starting to get to the point that I'm considering stopping and going elsewhere. I've tried to be patient and not address the issue directly. Thinking it may be service maintenance or high traffic but this is way too frequent for you to not have wanted to introduce more servers for your customers. Is there anything you/me could do to remedy this problem? I understand it is possible it is my side of the service but multiple devices won't work so I'm assuming it is supplier side.
