I have noticed over the past few months that videos are showing up in my recently viewed list that I have not watched.

I have changed my password and this is still happening.

Episodes in series that I have in my queue are being marked as 'watched' when I have not yet watched them and series I've never watched showing up in the viewed recently list.

It's like my account is being used by somebody else or linked to another account which it shouldn't be.

How can I have this looked into?

Thanks

Also please use /contact to get in touch with support - they may be able to track down more issues and who was doing this, they have more tools to look into it. It could be impacting other users as well, so it'll be important to pass on the info.

That should take care of any devices, but it's still possible to see activity if they logged in on a PC, because that sets a browser cookie... Think how you only have to log in once a month or so when you use the web right now, the same thing may hold true on someone else's PC. There's no way I know of to expire someone else's cookie...

You probably should put in a support request to make sure there's nothing else that need to be checked: /contact

You should never re-use the same id/password combination across any multiple websites. Check this out:

https://haveibeenpwned.com/

Email/PW combinations from other hacked sites get publicly distributed on "paste" lists, and anyone can get those, they don't even have to be a serious hacker.

You should get a password manager, such as, for example LastPass (there are others) and make sure your password, at least is different on every site...
