I'm starting this new topic because I don't find any information on this. When will the next chapters of fairy tail (258+) be available again for the readers again on the manga app?

I've moved this to Manga Support. Considering the recent Site News announcement that Kodansha titles that have ended serialization were removed from Crunchyroll's Manga App, and that Fairy Tail was mentioned as an exception in that Crunchy would add the first 30 volumes (that is, while the more recent chapters would no longer be available, those older chapters would be added), I think it can be assumed that there aren't currently any official plans to offer additional volumes in the Manga App, and that 1-30 is it.

Here's a link to the announcement about Kodansha titles being removed or changing to simulpub only (where only chapters not yet collected in a volume would be available).

So basically because I can't afford another manga service or buy them, I'm forced to read the next chapters on an site or app when not knowing if it's legal or illegal. And isn't it unfair to add the first 257 chapters and say to your readers "if you want to know what happens next: buy them or go read the rest somewhere else"??

Chances are if you find a place that hosts them for free it's not legal.

With the new deal for Kodansha titles the "collected" chapters (barring the first) that have been published in a volume are removed from the site in exchange for world-wide (ex Japan) availability. Titles that have finished their run went away completely (as I expect will all Kodansha titles they have now that wrap up)
Fairy Tail is the exception to the new rule in that the first 30 volumes stay available despite the manga finishing its run.

Now of course this is an attempt to get people to buy the volumes that have been published if they're not already up to date with Kodansha's simulpub titles (or done in the case of "finished" titles that used to be on CR) and I can't really fault them for trying to make money.

The good news with Fairy Tail is that it finished its run and is a popular title. I don't know about the situation in Belgium but here in Germany many libraries actually carry the more popular manga titles these days, Fairy Tail among them.
You might want to check out your local libraries if you want to finish reading FT legally and on the cheap.
