So I cancelled my monthly sub after 3 months. Weeks later I am suddenly charged for a year long sub, in a currency I never used. CR fails to respond, paypal must be sick of charge backs so they denied. I'm charging back via my credit card now. Can my account please be deleted so I don't get additional 'magic' renewals?

Thanks in advance.

If PayPal denied the charge, why are you having to do a chargeback on your credit card?

If your original subscription and the fraudulent charge were both via PayPal, you could also cut it off at the source:

Or to go directly to the relevant page at PayPal:

As far as I can tell, your account is compromised. The intruder switched your subscription plan to a 12 month Premium+ plan, which was already refunded by us in the meantime.
Our customer service team took care of your ticket within just 4 minutes of you submitting it.
