After watching an episode on the iOS app, the completion percentage displays 0% (unwatched). When logging into the my account on my computer the episode shows it has been watched and is at 100% completion percentage. I have tried uninstalling the iOS app and reinstalling, though this has not fixed the issue. This is happening on all shows / episodes watched in the during the past 24 hours. Anyone else experiencing this?

Yes experiencing the exact same issue and tried the same fixes you’ve mentioned. It shows the percentages on my iPhone as well as PC, but not on my Apple 4K. Pretty frustrating as I watch the majority on my 4K.

Problem seems to have been resolved for me. Anyone with an Apple 4K experiencing this problem: try resetting your router, and putting your Apple TV to sleep, unplugging and replugging it back in. As well as deleting and downloading the app again. To be honest I’m not sure what I did to fix things.

I am having the same issue, no progress bar after watching an episode. but history shows it being watched in ios and apple tv but not in main que. I have deleted both apple tv and ios apps ,reinstalled and rebooted apple tv /router to no avail. this seems to be server side...

I'm having the same problem. It seems to have gotten stuck while I was watching Caligula Episode 8 since it shows that I only watched 1/4 of it and ever since it's not showing any other episode as watched. This only happens on iOS and Apple TV, if i go via the website it shows correctly. This also only affects the main view of the queue because if you go into the list views for all episode of an anime it does show it as watched (on Apple TV not on iOS).

this is not fixed and its IOS across the board.... ipad,iphone,apple TV. and its getting annoying can you please fix this.

It was fixed for one day and then it went back to this. The issue is across all iOS and tvOS devices. Please fix this Crunchyroll! It’s literally ruining my watching experience

Same issue with android app no progress for watching shows. That is main reason I use crunchyroll to keep up with which episodes I have already seen.
