How to Close my Account & Remove All Info?

Please close my account immediately and remove all of my personal and payment information. Or tell me how to do it.

Opening this issue because i don't see the option under my settings.

To make this more upsetting. Another problem i'm having is when i contact support to help me with this yesterday they reply to me in Portuguese . I already told them to don't talk to me in Portuguese cause i don't speak it, but they don't read the issue

Anyone here can help me? I want to:

1. Close my Account
2. Remove my profile and all personal information

How did you pay, CC, PayPal, iTunes? There are different things you have to do depending on which one you are using. Currently your account shows premium, so you need to stop that first, just in case you keep getting billed.

You need to make sure there are no recurring payments first.

There may be a button here unless it was iTunes /acct/membership

If it was iTunes, you have to cancel at Apple subscriptions.
If it was PayPal, you still have to go there and stop the pre-approved payments in addition to the button.

After that you delete your account with the nuke link (seriously) /nuke

/nuke might be what you're looking for, that should completely wipe the account as far as I know.

- Just switched off the Premium account. But the thing still says: "Premium+ Membership - 1 Month Renewal Active"
- Is it safe to hit nuke now?
- Do I need to remove my CC info first. How do I remove my CC information?

This is very confusing...

You could try to nuke, but it's possible it might not let you complete it until your time expires for what you already paid for. You won't be able to remove your CC info until then, either (unless a staff member happens along here) You might have to wait until then.

Once you can complete the nuke though, that removes everything; your profile goes away completely, including your CC info.

Call the bank that the card is issued from and have them cease all payments to Crunchyroll. This is so you can make sure you won't get billed later.

That does not work for subscriptions. Subscriptions can only be properly terminated by the vendor. Banks will just keep forwarding the charges to follow-up cards, if you replace your card. They can charge back individual charges, but that would have to happen again every single month.

So by any means: If you want to stop a subscription, contact to the vendor, give the vendor all data needed, and experience A LOT less frustration.

I didn't have the option or the permissions to fully deactivate my subscription. I was only able to see the CC Edit but not deletion. Finally after a few days someone with brain in customer support help me out (they did something on their end and the button magically appeared), and now the button to remove the Credit Card finally show up so I can click it.

Pro-tip: Why don't you add a button under settings so we can easy "Opt-Out and remove all personal information"? User experience is awful.

And now after going carefully and removing one by one (birth date, fb connect, tw, etc, etc, etc you can keep my profile pics) I can finally can hit the /nuke url.

Can you make the instructions more complicated? So they can be like oh... for that you need to go into our database and run this query DELETE * FROM users WHERE id=<user_id>, please extract the user id from the URL and remember you can have fun learning SQL while opting out to our service... They don't have a manual, an screenshot or a number you can call, nothing just people that reply emails to you in a language you clearly don't speak.
