Watching Kaos struggle with trying to create a manga every week is just so painful, and their teacher is adorable, trying to be a teacher and a complete weeb must be tough. Watching the adult trio drink and talk about the good ole' days was really nice.

Pretty sure they were studying too..

Like she's living in the real world.

Amisawa is freaking brutal to Kaos. I guess her drawings and stories both stink, so she's lucky Amisawa hasn't just given up on her, but at the same time, why is Amisawa the only gate keeper? Perhaps someone with a different perspective should get to see her work.

I want to see more of Ririka and Miharu palling around as teens and adults. Loved when Miharu called Ririka waifu material.

Absolutely loving this show. It may actually be my favorite show this season as it keeps leaving me with huge smiles on my face (which is a true rarity). For me the funniest part of this episode had to be how without her make-up and in a schoolgirl outfit no one (of the girls) noticed it was sensei sitting beside them .

Just dropped in to say that I really needed to see this episode right now.

While I can't relate to being a manga artist, there are other artistic endeavors I've started working toward that I suck at inifinitely more than even Kaos does. Seeing her try so hard and repeatedly fail, without a single fan or lucky break or word of praise from her editor, yet still keep going almost made me tear up.

Today I was just so frustrated. It's actually uncanny how on point this was for me because literally just minutes earlier I was thinking "Maybe I'll just quit tomorrow. Is there even any point in continuing this when I suck so much?" This episode reminded me of why I decided to do this to begin with.

Haven't been commenting on the show, as I don't always leave impressions on everything I watch, this episode just really struck me and served as an unexpected form of encouragement when I really needed it.

Plus it's just massively cute, but that goes without saying.

As always just so much going on every single episode, Kaos' and Koyume studying (or not being able to study) was hilarious. Loved Koyume trying to do Tsubassa's poses during the test LOL Miharu fangirling over Tsubassa is so great, loved when she tried to take the doodle in her notebook during class. Finally we got the older "girls" hanging out and getting some flashbacks, I wouldn't mind a show about them.

I just don't see where all this belief in Kaos' potential comes from.

Since it's been revealed Mayu and her friends made their own manga I'm guessing her feelings are driven by a reminder of her own dreams combined with Kaos' trying week after week despite having her ideas rejected. A lot of the time in the creative world it's that ability to fight through rejection and keep pushing forward that is the indicator of potential success. Ask any professional who has pitched script ideas or book ideas or art ideas how many times they've had their ideas rejected and you'll realize how much dirt has to be dug through to finally find the gem.

Of course, persistence is no guarantee of success but as they say if you don't try.

Maybe Amisawa's personality just won't let her do it, but it's obvious that the way she rejects Kaos's work is not the type of motivation Kaos needs. I guess that's why she switched styles at the end.

Kaos needs some help from Miharu and Ririka I think.

Everyone has to start somewhere, even Tsubassa said her debut was horrible compared to her work now.

Great to see Tsubasa being featured so much again this week.

She's so open about her thoughts.

Episode 9

In the show we have seen how much Koyume has been doing good on her manga that she even got a color page. While Koas still hasn't come up with a good story board. Koas wants to know how Koyume comes up with material for her manga and it turns out it's going shopping and eating with her friends. We even see Tsubasa tag along and we see Koyume have fun when picking clothes for her to wear. We also see that Tsubasa use to be girly that was until she cut her hair. Since Koyume has been eating a lot it was only a matter of time until she gain weight so now she has to excersie and Tsubasa is the person that can help out. For the last part Tsubasa lost her manuscript and asks the girls to help out find it. I was certain that sensei might have taken it, but turns out i was wrong. It turns out Tsubasa forgot it in the science lab and a cute girl picked it up. The girls were shocked to find out who this cute girl was and so was i.

Great episode we finally got more Tsubasa. Now if only Koas can do a good manuscript cause she's been lagging it.
