Seeing Himiko back....

That gave me the chills. I don't think anyone (besides the villians knew about her true identity yet)

With some of these Quirks I have to wonder how people figure out they have them. Are there testing facilities where children with no obvious Quirks are sent to be drilled on the possibility of having a less obvious Quirk like Himiko's or Stain's? "We know some people gain abilities from ingesting other people's blood so drink this so we can see what happens." Ick.

I wonder where the real Camie is right now? Locked away so Himiko can drain her as needed? Will the villains release her or should she be considered dead unless some either on-screen or off-screen rescue is mentioned?

I like how some people here are happy the outcome made sense like it's a surprise lol. The story always played with our expectations in such great ways and the results always deliver, of course it's going to make sense.

It makes even better sense when you realize that this is obviously the cue for the next villain attack. It will be more challenging with Todoroki and Bakugo unable to join in for a few months... which is why they failed.

Toga's fangs were probably the first clue for her. and I imagine some Quirks come with instincts as well. Remember when she first appeared, how she talked about loving Staine so much she wanted to be him. How much of her crazy is a result of the instinct of her quirk.

which brings up another issue. Can a person be considered accountable if their quirk comes with an anti-social instinct.

What I want to know is how some of these villains discovered their powers. Like did Toga drink someone's blood and then turn into them or did Stain try licking some blood and the person fall to their knees?

I loved seeing people say that Camie was best girl before. They were clearly right.

Toga has Deku's blood now and I have no idea what she'll try to do if she transforms into him.

Just consider our world. There are plenty of criminals in prison for acting on their instincts and committing crimes. I don't think these differ too much from the possible instincts that come with quirks. Instinct isn't something that you are forced to act on.

Also proving the existence of instincts could be really hard. Especially since quirks becoming stronger the more you use them. It opens the possibility of instincts to awaken when the quirk gets strong enough.

If this was Marvel Comics then Todoroki and Bakugo would say FU to being a Hero and cross over to darkside and probably recruited to do soo

You know, now I'm really curious as to how her quirk works. Does it have a time limit? If so, is that time limit contingent on the amount of blood she drinks? Or can she transform indefinitely after one drop and need to drink more after another transformation? If the number of times she can transform is limited by the amount of blood, then she can probably transform into Deku just one or two times, so it has to count. It's going to be a real WHAM! when she does. There are so many different plot lines building up for season four, I can barely process it.

Not really a spoiler, but it hasn't been stated so simple answer to the question:

Re-watching this arc, something especially cool I noticed is that when 'Cammie' is introduced the wind guy slams his head on the ground, remember? And his head starts bleeding as people are just like "Jeez, are you okay?" But if you look at 'Cammie' during that scene, she's staring right at him with this really weird look because Toga's actively trying to hold herself back from her weird blood obsession.

Also, BIG note, the intro had a stupidly big foreshadow for this because if you pause at the right moment there's a brief shot of Twice and Shigiraki in a room together hanging out while Toga's leaving through a set of red curtains triumphantly, showing that she's going to make her grand entrance in the arc. Once you know it's there, it's kind-of blatant actually, lol.

Wow this must have been a budget and time saving episode, can't remember any episode before this that skimped so much on the animation. So Cammie was Toga, so that raises two questions for me, so that means normal human strength school girl Toga was able to take down Deku? I thought it must be something about Cammie's quirk we didn't know, and why wasn't Toga naked when she went from Cammie to herself like she did when she went from Uraraka to Cammie?
Also Deku needs to just walk away from Bakugo, and tell him sorry if you have a problem with me but get over it, because I've moved on from our rivalry and idolizing you.

Not sure if it ever gets revealed, but I think Toga opted to go the no clothes route while being Camie to throw Midoriya off. It could take some extra time or power to make the clothes after a change - she had already become Ochaco before she was in Midoriya's line of sight again. It would be odd and out of character for Ochaco to be running around nude, but Midoriya just met Camie (and the seductive outfit doesn't help either). In the manga she was nude for a fair amount of time while being Camie - they added the slime stuff for censoring reasons in the anime. Or there was a small amount in the manga, I can't remember, but it was played up in the anime. It makes the train of thought about throwing Midoriya off sound more reasonably with that knowledge, though I doubt she knew he is very squirmy around women.

The Present Mic narration of Toga's quirk (Transform) was pretty broad, but it does exactly what the sub description displayed - "she can transform to look like that person". Emphasis on the look part, but it seems she copies the physical appearance 1:1 and mimics the voice 1:1. I'm not sure if she requires a lot of blood, but I don't believe she can use the quirks of those she is pretending to be. Any skills shown are 100% her own, and therefore the real Camie's quirk is currently unknown (at this point). I'm not fully up to speed in the manga, hence my assumption about Toga and quirks. It does appear she is more of a technique fighter and is how she beat Midoriya in the test, but also a stealthier character.
