This hole thing is bullshit, and you know it.

It was given to her because money. They knew there was issues with her behaviour going into the show, but, again, there was money to be made. They dropped Rosseane because the weight of her behaviour was too much bad PR and thus money lost. Even now, they're trying to figure out how to keep doing the show without her. Because, there could still be money to be made.

Last Man Standing was likewise cancelled because money. 20th Century Fox's contract to cover the show's production costs ended with its 6th season meaning ABC would have to pick up the whole production tab for the 7th season. It didn't want to. Because money. So the show wasn't renewed.

ABC, like most TV networks, is a soulless husk driven primarily by profit.

By the way VJ is not black. She is Iranian/Persian. But then why is everything racist if its black person, but its ok if its a white or Asian person. ''Must be that Black Privilege."

VJ is not "Iranian/Persian". She's only Iranian by nationality. She was born to American parents who were working in Iran. Her parents are from Chicago. Her father is black. Her mother is 1/4th black. She is also not Muslim despite Rosseane's ranting.

But then you would know all of this if you actually looked into this topic before deciding to jump in with a persecution complex and faux outrage.

Roseanne long figured out that any attention is "good attention," and has been outrageous numerous times to try and keep her name relevant. This time, however, it appears to have thoroughly snipped her television comeback in the bud. Whilst I'm unmoved by the tweet or her political views, I am relieved in the show's cancelation. It hasn't sat well with me that Dan's death was retconned in a half-assed manner, and I feel that the bittersweet ending to season 9 serves as a satisfying "true end."

EDIT: What? Pulling the decades-old reruns off of other channels, too? Kind of ridiculous...

Well, they did pull the Cosby show off air at the end of his trial.
