Hi, I want to start a new action manga series that isn't adpated yet in an anime version. I also want a manga that i can buy the books because i don't like to read scans. If you know an action manga that is about to be in volumes or a managa that already has volumes thta you want to recommend me I would really appreciate it!

thank you

My first recommendation to you is Psyren, by Toshiaki Iwashiro. It is a series from a few years back and was released in Shonen Jump, but it is never given the attention deserves.
The story follows Ageha Yoshina, a high scholar that finds himself drawn into the world of Psyren--a desolate wasteland filled of ruined building and monsters called Tabboo which are controlled by the organization WISE. It is very much a death game at the beginning, with the characters just trying to survive as they travel further and further into Psyren, slowly unraveling its secrets, before becoming a high-stakes battle against WISE and its machinations.
The series is 16 volumes in length, and is my second favorite manga.

Ubel Blatt is a lot like Berserk, in that it is very violent, with nudity, gore, and destruction on a grand scale. It follows the character of Koinzell, a half-human half-fairy boy who is on a quest to kill the Seven Heroes--a group that saved the kingdom from the Wishtech Empire and the Traitorous Lances.
I compare Ubel Blatt to Berserk, but I consider it a better series, as it has actually ended and you don't have to worry about waiting several years for a new chapter.
Yen Press has released the series as two-in-one volumes, starting with volume 0 and ending with volume 10, which releases in a few more months.

Frau Faust is by Kore Yamazaki, the creator of The Ancient Magus' Bride, so if you know about that manga/anime and enjoyed it, you will enjoy this too. The story based around the legend of Faust and his deal with the demon Mephisto. The change here is that Faust is a woman, and she is on a mission to collect the body of her demon, whom the church has quartered into several pieces and locked away.
Much like of Magus' Bride focused was based mainly in European folklore, Frau Faust lingers for towards German folklore, and even gives a new take on demons that isn't just them being evil for the sake of being evil.
Four volumes are already out, with the fifth and final one coming in September.

Blade of the Immortal had an anime adaptation but it was terrible and didn't get very far. I would definitely recommend the manga.

Then there's the classic recommendations like Vagabond, Vinland Saga (though this one is finally about to get an anime), and 20th Century Boys, all fantastic series.

Check out Murcielago. It is mature, edgy, gory and really lesbian but, when it comes to action, the action there is top grade. It probably will never be made into anime, however x3

Hoshi no Samidare (Lucifer and the Biscuit Hammer): It's god tier, in my opinion the best manga ever published, and it's on CR!

It's criminal it hasn't been made inot a anime

Komi-san wa Komyushou Desu (Miss Komi is bad at Communication): "Komi-san is the beautiful and admirable girl that no-one can take their eyes off her. Almost the whole school sees her as the cold beauty out of their league, but Tadano Shigeo knows the truth: she's just really bad at communicating with others. Komi-san, who wishes to fix this bad habit of hers, tries to improve it with the help of Tadano-kun."

Funny, smart, well drawn and heartfelt

Tamen De Gushi/Their Story/Start With Your Name: Great yuri webcomic that will never be an anime because it's Chinese

I'd recommend Toriko, the anime adaptation doesn't do it justice as its gone the 4Kids route, not to mention the arcs that weren't animated yet
