A lot of pages of Tales of Wedding Rings won't load for me ( like1-3 pages per chapter ) which kinda sucks because I'm paying for CR. : ( I know it isn't my internet and I'm on pc, win7, using chrome. Anything that can be done about this?

While I have no solution, it's also happening with me, on the mobile app (on data) and on my home and work PCs.
It's happening on Tales of Wedding Rings and Orange, several pages don't ever load, happens on multiple chapters.
Hopefully someone from CR will see it's happening to more than one user and will start to investigate.

Same, I just got to watch the first chapter in vr at anime expo and wanted to dive into the manga now. A shame that I pay for a service this inconsistent.

Same here, certain pages of Tales of Wedding Rings consistently won't load on PC based browser (just get spinning circle). In general the manga reader seems to suffer from a lack of attention from CR. I wish they'd put some effort into fixing it. If not they might as well put the money spent on manga to buy something else instead, because there's nothing more infuriating than having to get excited by a series before being stopped by technical issues.

Still an issue it seems, as I'm having the same trouble. Some sort of response from CR on these issues would be nice. It feels like Crunchyroll keeps trying to expand/broaden what they do, but are neglecting any long-term fixes on known problems by doing so. I'd rather see them fix the bugs they have before trying to add something else to their business.

Every three pages or so I'm running into the spinning wheel that never ends. It looks similar threads about this where posted and reported to the relevant parties back in 2017, sadly it looks like they don't want to or can't fix the issue.

Same. Almost every manga I read has some pages that won't load and have an infinite spinning loading circle. I've reported them all, and gotten just a lame "Hey, is it still happening?" response just once. Some of the earliest ones I reported (in mid-December of last year) still haven't been fixed.

It's really sad that a pay-service has issues like this, whereas other, more quasi-legal or even outright illegal sites don't have these problems, even if they're literally supported only by donations, or make money off of basically clickbait and scam ads.

I pay for CR, and am often Premium, but am disappointed at issues like this, especially since they're so common. I hope they fixed the Xbox One app finally for instance. I was too put off by the issues to continue watching on that platform. I even ended up just unsubscribing out of frustration until by chance, I needed to bring my Roku downstairs.

Since CR (thankfully) seemed to work fine on Roku, I took a risk and resubbed. That said, if I keep having these issues with manga, I may just give up and start buying it a la carte on Bookwalker or some such. Paying extra's worth not having to deal with the hassle.

I hope this gets to someone in the help support as I couldn't post a new topic for it and this was the closest thing to my question. Please fix too that new topic doesn't take you to an error page.

I got a new laptop and it uses Firefox, something new to me since my old laptop used Google Chrome. I am a paid premium member. I went to read my new chapter of UQ Holder, chapter 157, and once I clicked it took me to a page but no manga was showing. Can you please give some simple instructions on what I need to do to make it work as I paid to be a premium member to get all of my anime and manga the proper way and without issue.

Oh and one more aside, the Crunchyroll News app also is not loading on tablets or smartphones. A minor thing but I might as well note it here.I hope the website issues get worked out so you continue to do your fine work for bringing anime and manga to the masses the right way. Thanks.

You need to enable Flash for the browser manga reader to work. They haven't released an HTML5 version of that yet. Not sure how you do that in Firefox though.

They did have a HTML5 beta reader available for Premium Plus users at one time, although I don't know if that is still the case. Regardless, it never emerged from beta.

It seems ther is in fact NOT a team of shinovi working on it if the app has been missing features for an entire quarter at least. Considering that I read manga FAR more than I watch anime, the amount I pay for premium is beginning to make less sense. There are other ways after all.
