It's actually a very healthy body! Up until the cancer showed up, the immune system has successfully fought off all of the "invaders".

A fatigued cell failed to replicate successfully, which is how most cancer starts.

me it seems other than Cancer (which was succefuly fought off) i've had all these sympsons during my lifetime

I've got a bad cold, have upset stomach, seasonal allergies..

Pretty typical human healthy if you ask me.

I just assume this show is over the lifetime of a human body.

What I meant is the primary source or organ of the cancer cell, since it is was about to spread then there is a primary location or origin.

I don't remember where Cancer Saibou kun came from.

Cells at Work! EP 5 "Cedar Pollen Allergy"

Great narrative and crazy situations

Due to PC PROBLEMS the gret OP Ska sounding song has been overlooked

"Mission! Ken - Kō - Dai - Ichi" (Mission! Health First) by Kana Hanazawa, Tomoaki Maeno, Daisuke Ono, & Kikuko Inoue

ED is cute

"CheerS" by ClariS

Cells at Work! EP 6 "Erythroblasts and Myelocytes"

AE3803 when she was young and meets U-1146

Cells at Work! EP 7"Cancer Cells"

IDK whu they tried to potray Cancer Cell with a sad reason

The final battle was insane!

That the immune system was able to fight off the cancer shows that this indeed a very healthy body.

Love this show! Each episode keeps me entertained with laughter at the same time learning new things. Now if this was around when I was in school I would have got A's lol.

With that said, I really can't believe some people actually took the Cancer episode as the writers trying to make us pity them. As some have mentioned, the point was that it's cells from inside our body not invaders. On top of that it's a tv show so yes it got dramatic at the end. The cancer cell saying it just wanted to live, etc but with all the things it said the white cell basically kept responding with "cool story bro but I still have to kill you". LOL. Great episode.

Episode 8

For a change of pace, this episode is about how a healthy body works as it explains blood circulation. Red blood cells need glucose to operate, here in the form of ice cream, and they are carrying CO2 through the heart, a congested place, then to the lungs where CO2 is converted into O2, and distributed to the rest of the body. Quite a nice way to portray blood circulation, and it helps that the commentary explains things to better understand what is going on.

Episode 8

Interesting, an episode about erythrocytes. It's definitely an important part of the body for being able to transporting oxygen and carbon dixode.

There's even info dump about oxyten and carbon dixode from this episode. Although the episode didn't feel as thrilling as the one with the Cancer Cells, I think this one was also very important.

Felt like a creative-educational episode.

Are you talking about the Anime America "review" (which was actually more of a rant)? Bless Robyn's heart, she really missed the boat on that one.
