My Love Story. But that's what makes the show so charming



And Yeah, Bulma & Vegata never made a lick of sense to me. I get it that two strong personalizes connect, but I can't see Vegaeta putting away his Saiyan side and being passionate for 5 minutes of business time.

That's one I thought of. ChiChi was completely different in early Dragonball too. By DBZ, I was thinking, why would anyone want to pair up with her. Easily one of the most dis-likable characters in DBZ

Stella and Ikki form Rakudai Kishi no Cavalry. A powerful Princess and a guy who is f ranked and insulted by everybody. I love the story but why did Stella fall for him so hard and fast.

Same can be said of Lala and Rito from To-love Ru why would she fall in love with him. Sorry but Rito has zero going for him. He must have the best luck ever.

Because he was a hard worker. He was kind to her and not just obsequious because of her abilities or station in life.. He wasn't conceited like most of the other students at the school. Despite his F rank he was extremely talented. He was good looking.

Yeah, but Skode's reasoning would mean he should have picked Onodera...which I agree with. I really feel sorry for poor Onodera. She was nothing but nice to Raku the entire time. She wasn't violent like Chitoge, she wasn't a manipulative stalker like Marika


This may sound weird, but whenever I think of Raku and Onadera I see Danny and Sandy from Grease. IMHO, I can see us losing the sweet innocent Onadera if they ended up together.

Tenma & Eva (Monster) This literally doesn't even make sense because they are literally polar opposites of one another in every way. Personality, lifestyle, and ideals.

Vegeta & Bulma is honestly true. Still hate DBZ.

I thought Ryunosuke Akasaka and Rita Ainsworth from The Pet Girl of Sakurasou made a cute but odd couple. They have very little in common and I highly doubt their relationship would've been possible if Rita wasn't so proactive and even then it took a while for Ryunosuke to open up to her. I forgot why she was even interested in him in the first place.

Didn't he also recognise that she'd got where she was through hard work and dedication not assumed like others that it was all handed to her on a plate.

Yes, that may have been the thing that won her over the most. It kind of went against the typical shonen manga/anime trope of "hard work beats talent". He actually said to her that he could tell that she worked very hard, and that caught her off guard.
