As the title suggest, I have received the wrong passes for CRX2018. I got Sunday passes instead of my VIP ones. I checked my receipt to make sure I didn't order the wrong ones, and I definitely didn't order Sunday only passes. I emailed showclix and they responded quickly and said I needed to contact Crunchyroll. I emailed them last week and still haven't gotten a response. Figured I try here on the forums. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm going to the Friday night party, would I be able to just get the correct passes then? Any help is appreciated.

They are having registration/badge pickups prior to and during the party so you should be able to get it sorted out then if they don't contact you. You may want to try asking on their social media accounts, though I have not seen them responding to questions anywhere. Your name is supposedly on a list for the party or your badge should give you access.
