This is getting very tiresome. For two whole weeks I have had to watch any episodes with ads on Chrome because on Firefox it fails to load after the ad is done. Was able to watch a couple episodes that were the first in a new series and thus lacked ads, but when trying to watch the next episode the issue of failing to load happened again.

I have a premium membership so it might be different for me

I like it overall. I sometimes had to use IE to watch certain videos. Many videos get clipped off a few seconds at the end, though. Also, I do with I could turn off the darkness effect when the mouse moves

Would you please stop putting out a new player without doing a real beta test first and fixing the bugs, On IE & Chrome, the queue no longer updates once you've seen an episode. I've watched 12 episodes of Dr.Stone and it still says i'm on episode 2 for some reason. Had the same problem last time you guys tried putting out this new player.

Yeah, it's driving me insane. I really rely on the queue to tell me when there's a new episode, or to remind me what episode I'm on if I haven't watched in a while. Right now I'm lucky if what I've watched even records properly in the history, much less updates anything in the queue. I mostly like the new player better, but if this queue problem is somehow the new player's fault, it's a net loss, IMO.

So 2 things i noticed that are fairly annoying about the new viewer.

1.First since this update my queue stopped updating correctly ( i have many ones where it does not show I have watched them when i have to I now have to keep track... )
2. Second the pause icon appearance in the middle of the screen at random times.

In order of importance to me i would say 100% that if you can fix it working with the Queue properly I can live with the annoying double lines in the middle of the screen for now.

Well, it seemed like it was working for a little bit on Firefox and actually loading the episodes after showing an ad, but it stopped and is back to staying still on the loading screen. If I switch to Chrome it is all good again. Been happening for three weeks.

Hm. Now I have new shows being marked as "watched" even when I haven't watched them yet. Still a problem, but a *different* problem. Hopefully a change in glitches means they are working on the issue.

Fix the episodes being marked "watched" that haven't been watched, shows even jumping a few episodes aka non accurate queue. How can something like this even be broken?

I thought the issue was fixed for me since I could watch two episodes with no problems. Tried to watch the newest Dr. Stone episode and the problem is back.

Video player is constantly buffering/pausing for me :/ The old one was fine and no buffering whatsoever, but now I can't watch anything without it pausing every 4-6 seconds. I'm not even exaggerating how often its pausing.

This is getting ridiculous, I sub for the anime and forum combo, please junk Games and return the Forum header, return the Video Playback issues feedback button.

I have zero interest in mobile/web games.

Please stop trying to appeal to potential new customers and shit on your current long-term customer base.

All streaming services work excellent on my pc and phone except for CR with their new player. What did they do to it? How is it so bad compared to everywhere else? They need to fix they broke stuff. I'm about to cancel my sub and just watch funimation. I like CR's layout better than funimation, so I would rather stay. If they don't fix it in a month or two, then I will leave.
