100% agree the extension was without a doubt the greatest thing for crunchyroll and what takes crunchyroll month to fix or realize, it took him only a couple of days at most to fix god i miss that exstension stupid higher ups.

I got a reply from crunchyroll about this issue and they suggested downloading the beta version of the new edge based on chromium (it's supposed to be rolled out next year and replace the current edge). Instead I downloaded Firefox and its working fine now.

Been nearly three months and it is still rare that I am able to actually watch anything on Firefox. Whenever there isn't a commercial at the beginning, the show plays fine. Some times I have even been able to watch something when there was a commercial at the beginning. However, it remains the case that nearly every time a commercial is included at the beginning, the episode itself will not load. I can still watch on Chrome, but a new issue has popped up recently where subtitles will not appear or a specific subtitle will be stuck on screen after a commercial and I have to pause or backtrack the video to get the subs back to appearing normally. This is just peachy.

Anyone have any news on this new Queue we got? Tried looking around to no avail. Seems we no longer have the ability to sort the order in the queue in a custom way. I've always had mine set up where shows that are updating every week or shows I want to watch show up at the top. Now it's all scrambled and I have to go hunting for them in my every growing list, It's really annoying. CR already tried screwing me over on my last $60 yearly last month and I had to twist some arms for them to honor the "Current users get $60 yearly until May 2020" promise they made in there email about the price change. Ended up giving me a couple months of free premium and I was already contemplating whether or not I should renew and this change may be the deciding factor to move my business elsewhere.

I'm not liking this queue change either. I kept my shows in the order they were added, and while that seems to be an option for how you can sort it (on a computer browser ONLY, no options to sort on PS4 or iOS) it's not sorting them right (i.e. the earliest added show is somehow in the middle of the list). It's even re-added shows that I removed from my queue months ago.

yay now the new queue system has now just destroyed my organization. all of my stuff is everywhere and it makes it annoying to go through it. can it please get changed back?

New queue layout is pretty bad. Unless it's in "by date added" mode, order keeps changing every time I watch something. And tiles are unnecessarily big; I know what I add to my queue, why does everything has to be so huge? It only fits six titles on full screen in FHD. Revert it back, please.

They needlessly change the queue system, and yet they can't be arsed to improve the video player that they also needlessly changed months ago. It's like their tech people are just looking for something to do, yet also can't admit when they've made a mistake so they can go back on it. SERIOUSLY considering just dropping my subscription (for the record, this is an alt account; pay no mind to the lack of premium status).

BTW, is anyone else having their videos suddenly go back to the beginning? Fortunately for me, if I refresh after this happens, the video picks up from a little before where it was...... over half of the time, anyway. Other times, it just stays at the beginning and I have to try to remember what time it suddenly reset at. I can never watch a single episode without this happening to me at least a couple times (in some cases, I can't even go so much as a minute after I refresh without it happening again). Is it a Firefox thing?

What the frell did they do to the queues? I had mine sorted mostly by the order I added them in, which seems to be completely unrelated to the order either of the "Date Added" options seem to display, though I also placed related shows together, like having both Eccentric Family series or all the Lupins together. Now it seems to be half what I watched recently, half what's updated recently, and nothing resembling anything I remember things being. I might as well jot titles down on a Post-it and search manually every time I want to watch something.

What in F****** h*** happened with the Queue? I had mine organized by updates during the week so I didn't have to remember what show came out and what day, and now there's s*** there from previous seasons and it's all out of order and damn HUGE icons and I can't rearrange..

I can only afford one anime sub, so if this s*** isn't back to something usable next month I'm going to Funimation. This is the internet, I could watch every show without paying a damn dime, but I try to support a good service.

The new queue looks like it was designed for casual mobile or TV usage, why? This is the web browser version, why does the queue look like a shitty app.
The old queue had bugs galore, but at least you could organize it yourself. Stop being regressive in your design choices Crunchyroll!

Just gonna add my feedback here, I really don't like the new queue design at all. I could live with the giant tiles, but I can no longer seem to organize the queue in a way that I want, instead being limited to a few options like Alphabetical order or Date Added. Not ideal.

Not a fan of the queue change. I have the sort options of 'date added' or 'date accessed'. Even an alphabetical sort option would be useful to a point, but by date added or accessed? Useless to me. My household accesses CR via mobile devices, Fire Stick and AppleTV - and every one of them now shows a different queue order.

Give me back the ability to manually sort my queue the way I want it sorted, not the way some VP thinks things should be. Does no one at CR actually USE the apps? If they did I can't imagine we'd be seeing changes like this.
