New queue is the worst thing I have seen. Why even change it. In addition to that atrocity, now the video player doesn't work on browser on either of the browsers I use, it just infinitely loads to no end.

I have to say, I got quite pissed off when I logged in to find my queue all messed up. I specifically ordered shows in a certain way for a reason, only to find it all jumbled up and no way to organize it. So thanks for that change, glad you made improvements for..... who exactly? I don't understand why you didn't just add the option to have it organized how you think is best compared to how I want to organize my own queue. More options makes everyone happier, forcing options on us only pisses people off. Roll back the update to the queue or give us the option to organize it again. Thanks.

Edit: fixed typo.

Edit 2: I just now realized that it doesn't even order in the way that it states. Some of the shows are in the order based off what it says it should be. So not only did you take away and screw up my own personalized order, but you didn't even get yours right...

taking away the ability to order the queue is quite frustrating

No new queue thread? Gotta post where the topic is unrelated ... fine. WTF??!! I hate when sites update their design and/or functionality and remove features. Adding features and customizability is one thing, but removing features a user is used to is another. Now CR's queue is changed and I cannot arrange my list as I like (current older show first, simulcast second, from Monday to Friday, all other shows beneath) Now it's all a FUQT UP MESS!!!. Time to delete all in queue except airing shows and go back to bookmarks for a personal queue. Great job jerks, how about fixing the damn windows player before ruining the web browser interface anymore? We might actually use that if CR fixed the bugs it was launched with. Here's an idea for CR staff and especially management... instead of removing features from site functionality that users want and use, remove pay from your salary.

I've rarely ever complained about this site but this whole queue junk is seriously making me mad. I had my que the way I wanted it. I also have over 100 shows in que. It was easy sorting through the old way. This new way is a mess and if I don't have access to the que the way I used to I'm about to stop my subscription, first time ever saying that as well... I already pay for multiple different sites and dropping this one wouldn't be the end of the world.

So what idiot decided to screw up the queue in order to justify their job? They failed. The only thing that should be justified by their actions is their termination.

You can't reorder shows as you like. The icons are massive and take up way more real estate.

If they really are going to restore the manual ordering eventually, then that is great, but another issue is whatever they did has removed stuff from my queue entirely. I had to go back and re-add a few of the current season shows. There are a lot of older shows I have added over the years to watch at some point and I don't even know if they are all still on my queue or if some also got removed. Pretty bad job overall on this one, without even getting to the lack of notification.

This queue change is awful! What's the point of sorting by date accessed by default? That's significantly less useful than just looking in the viewing history!

If they don't fix this by the end of next month, I'm canceling my premium membership.

Also, anyone notice how there's no official response to try and do damage control?

We’ve had to remove manual sorting from the current web experience, as we’re looking at implementing new sorting and filtering options. Thanks for understanding.

Wow... I had hundreds of shows ordered in a VERY specific way. And now it's a jumbled up mess. I see no reason why it was changed at all.

The only thing I wanted was to add "favorite" shows in a new tab so I could "remove" shows from my queue and then keep my favorite shows bookmarked in case I wanted to watch them again. Whatever this new thing is, is terrible.

EDIT:

Okay nevermind. I just checked. I lost HUNDREDS of bookmarked shows. WTF!???! How am I supposed to remember what they all are or spend hours digging through to find them. WOW. I've been a premium member for years and have never been this infuriated.

I think the new queue visually looks nice!

If the server-side changes breaks this much of the old features, maybe it was released a little early?
Anyway, I accept the new favourite feature as a temporary solution to not be able to sort as I want, but there is no work-around for that I am not able to see more than the first 29 shows (changing the filter type and sort direction only reorders the existing 29 results) out of 40-50 I had before the update.

One of the most important things, if you ask me, of all points left on your to do for the new queue is to fix not being able to see all shows in it. (I hope the shows I cant see stil is in the queue!) If you load all of them directly, add a load more button or add next/prev page buttons is up to you, personally I would prefer them in the order I wrote them.

I noticed the new sorting also affects the Android app, and that sorting can not be changed at all in it. Not in the app and it does not follow if I change on desktop.

If you want user feedback on a new thing that is being worked on it would be good with a "try the new queue" and "go back to the old queue" buttons or a beta program of some type. That is probably a lot of work to set up but it would get rid of most of the angry user comments. I remember it as it was many angry comments around the new player when it first began to roll out too.

I am not one of the "Angry users", it sounds like you are still working on improving the queue so hopefully its even better "soon"!

I will admit that the new queue looks nice, but bring back the ability to order shows! Also, give us the option to view our entire queue so that we can move older shows on there up the line!

There are a few shows that I want to move up, but can't because of the way the queue works now. Not cool guys, not cool at all. Still, good to know that the reorganizing option will be coming back... hopefully soon.

Can I have my old Queue back PLZ. It’s cool if you want to add options but don’t destroy my Queue in the process. A bunch of anime’s that are in my Queue aren’t showing up

Yes, but I don't understand. I'm confused why a major feature used by everyone is overhauled halfway and pushed out. It feels like someone who watches only 3 shows developed this on their own and without any input or testing. Please do better, I'd like to resubscribe in the future.
