Plz GIve us the Old Queue back the new is just a mess cant find what i was watching anymore,
the old one where briliant where all the newly added was at the bottom and one could easaly put what one wanted at the top by a puch of the button and one could sort as one liked
and if you have a ton in your Queue you can only se a fraction of them, so annoying .
this was a BAD update choise on CR end.

Ahahahaha, this is getting better by the minute. So not only are they absolutely, completely incompetent at making a video player that is in any way usable, for like what... 2 years now? Even though everyone complained about it, now they also "remade" the queue and also NO ONE likes it This is some hot garbage. Of course I like when each new episode throws the player out of full-screen, and of course I like when everything in my queue is so big I can see like 3 shows at once on my screen!

Doesn't even mention the specific issue at hand at all.

We are currently working on more queue features to add in the near future.

Well I already read all about it.

Not only they temporary removed an important feature with no timeline at all of when it's returning, plus it's not really mentioned in the reply to the complaint I sent.

Our tech team is taking the feedback to make the necessary changes.

Hopefully this is true But still not too sure on this.

These updates are not the final product yet.

The F.A.Q. already mentions this & just like the F.A.Q. says we be waiting for however many months for the new queue to be complete.

Every single day I check to see if they made the right decision and reverted the queue, and every single day I'm disappointed with what I see.

now remake the playstation one as well its looks old and has not a lot of functionality at all
a big update for consoles is needed i think to keep up with the time ^^

You believe they actually read any of that "feedback"? Nope. I am a web dev (not a very experienced one but still), and I want to say "Do you imagine me sitting there and sifting through hundreds of e-mails containing "feedback" instead of doing my work, which is coding?". No. All this stuff, if at all, goes to some sort of Product Owner/Project Manager who then compiles it (and by compiles I mean throws away anything they don't like), then most probably consults with someone higher up, as they doubtfully have any actual decision power, and then if anything out of that list makes it through "consultations", then they go and negotiate it with the developers, which then can still be overturned by someone higher up or the PO/PM themselves cause it would take too much time to implement.

Also CR obviously does not give a single crap about what the users think in 99% of cases, and it shows everywhere.

I felt very shocked when I saw my new queue, it's been cut right in half with so many of my shows missing. I've been using the queue function for years now as a way to archive what I've watched here as well as for what I've been meaning to watch. Now all those years of work are gone. I really do hope they at least give me access to the rest of my list somehow, even if they don't go back to a useful system. Then I can find a different way to keep track of things.

I also really don't like not being able to drag and drop to reorder the queue, that was a very useful feature.

More than broken queue functionality I am pissed with this attitude: "Yeah, this is not the final product, so it'll be fixed someday, probably, yeah, whatever".
I wasn't as much affected by the player, or other issues that people tend to complain here, but, oh my gosh, this, beta testing features for a low monthly fee, this is outrageous.

There is a developer in a team that one of my friends is in who always when doing a presentation for a weekly update has something like this on some of his slides "This will be fixed... someday." xD Never fails to make me laugh. I guess CR devs have similar habits

I agree the new queue stinks if this isn't the final product and it's still in development it should be optional to use or try the new queue system till it is ready to roll out. Considering there is literally no people saying they like this change that I can find anywhere on the forums or in my friend groups I'm gonna go out on a limb and say it's a huge bust in fact I dislike this change and how it was rolled out so much and how it utterly destroyed my ordering system I had made personally that I'm going to unsubscibe from premium until it's fixed and I'd suggest the rest of you do as well. It is the only way to get their attention and put out a very easy fix while they work on the new queue 2.0 or whatever.

I just noticed that the video quality mapping error has been fixed. That's the one thing about the new player that has been bugging me, so I'm happy now.

Yeah, I've just noticed this week that the player is finally remembering the video quality setting, and now starts up at 1080p every time instead of 360p. My biggest headache of the new player has been fixed. Thanks!
